Rookie Of The Year: David Rudinski
Since David starting coming out this year, he consistently improved. His silent and constant work ethic allowed him to fit right in with the group at practice. He tested his newly acquired race skill in the RSO Outdoor Race Series.

Most Improved: Candy Wong
Candy proved that hard work yields results. Candy set personal best times over and over again this year. The hard work that she put in during the per-season was quite apparent, especially in the 500-meter sprint at the Canadian Championships in Harriston.
